I had the pleasure to work with Agnieszka on a project during our UX/UI Design course. She approaches the assigned tasks very reliably and calmly. She is also a master when it comes to working out compromises. Agnieszka is a very ambitious co-worker, always very helpful!

🔸I started my work as administrator of the project Horizontal Historical Education in Non-discriminative Activities (HHEINA). I was responsible for communication between the POLIN Museum and our partners from Kazerne Dossin and Anne Frank House, organizing meetings for focused groups (teachers and police officers), and organizing summary conferences in Poland. Thanks to this experience I improved my communication skills within an international team;🔸From 2020 to 2022, I coordinated the POLIN Museum Ambassador program for teachers and educators. I was responsible for organizing two-day conventions, study visits - transport, program, and catering, as well as responding to individual requests and needs of program members. Thanks to this experience, I learned to think in terms of the user and his needs, and I also improved my ability to organize workshops for a specific group of recipients;🔸From 2022, I’m a co-coordinator of the educational mobile exhibition project called Museum on wheels. My role is to contact local coordinators, and museum educators, and organize accommodation and transport for museum coordinators. This role requires me to be well-organized and to react quickly to unpredictable situations. Show less

I was selected to participate in consultations with an external UX team to verify mockups and solutions for the new Museum POLIN website. I cooperated with our IT department and website coordinator. I participated in online usability testing. After each meeting with the external UX team, I wrote down my comments on the proposed solutions and general feedback.
