Jacek Michalak
I cooperated with Dr. Agnieszka Mrozek from 2008 to 2016 when she was the Vice Dean for Education and Students Affairs of the Department of Chemistry at the Lodz University of Technology. Our cooperation was related to the creation of a new field of study (direction of education): construction chemistry - one of the first interdisciplinary fields of study in Poland, which three leading technical universities in Poland implement, i.e., the Lodz University of Technology, AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, and Gdańsk University of Technology. The curriculum for this field of study was developed in response to the needs defined by the industry - the company I work for, Atlas, is the largest Polish manufacturer of dry-mix mortars and one of the leading European manufacturers of construction products. Graduates of the field mentioned above are employed in companies dealing with producing and packaging specialist building materials and construction chemistry products in Poland and abroad. Dr. Agnieszka Mrozek is a very dynamic and positive person. In my opinion, owned by Dr. Agnieszka Mrozek, interpersonal and negotiation skills are very useful. In her work, she has repeatedly proved to be righteous, determined to achieve her goals, and friendly to people. Her education and experience make her an attractive employee for many employers. In my opinion, Dr. Agnieszka Mrozek is ready for new life challenges. In her actions, she is focused on solving problems where they arise. She is creative and formulates goals.
