      As the marketing and sales manager, I had personnel and P&L responsibility. I owned and operated three of the company's most important processes. The processes were business development, marketing and sales and I was therefore part of the management team. My main responsibility was to find new customers for Soleil. The target segment was SMEs and the public sector. The most meritorious thing I have done for Soleil was to sharpen communication and the company's offering by developing and packaging new value offerings that position Soleil in a unique position and differentiate Soleil from the competitors and generate high profitability. Among my value offerings and packaging are, among other things, solutions for intranets such as Start Ready, Scalable and Tailored.
