We have been working together with Agnese at Barclays in one team responsible for process transformation and control within Portfolio Management Centre. As being very responsible and accurate she was assign to the most critical parts visible even for executive management like portfolio reporting. In addition, Agnese owns analytical mindset, is attentive to details, applies high standards to her daily job and has become an example to me of stakeholder management. Nevertheless, she is able to balance between business and giving a personal touch, as well as being very creative person - many activities and workshops has been initiated and led by Agnese within the team. I would be happy to work with her again and could strongly recommend to others as valuable part of the team.

Managed the team providing oversight of the multi-million investment in strategic change portfolio (over 100+ programmes annually). My key responsibility was to develop the central PMO services and implement the new project control and governance model. In May 2018, Barclays announced exit of Lithuania. I’ve led my team to complete building of the new services, while working though highly turbulent time. - Performed day-to-day management of PMO team of 6 members in Lithuania, including team development and succession planning, and PMO service continuity management. Performed every-day oversight of delivery of wide range of PMO services, managed resolution of problem escalations. - Developed a central PMO service catalogue for Barclays UK (BUK) to leverage the benefits of BUK-wide PMO service centre and homogenised governance practices for easier daily management of the new business unit. I fine-tuned the proposed solutions with a wide-range of local and global stakeholders at all levels of BUK to verify the proposal and achieve optimum business benefits globally. - Implemented changes to Barclays UK governance processes for project/programme management. I identified adjustments needed to existing processes, tools, outputs and internal customer support, planned and coordinated communications and implementation. - Expanded PMO services from one to eight portfolios (scaling from 60 to 100+ programmes). Introduction of uniform processes greatly enhanced data consistency, reliability and comparability, improving central management of the new organisational structure. - Managed full transition of PMO services from Lithuania to India. I planned and managed full training and transfer of in-depth knowledge to an entirely new team in India. As a result, the team in India was able to take over the full ownership and management of the PMO services. Show less

Worked as a key PMO analyst in the team overseeing multi-million investment in change (over 100 projects and programmes annually) in UK, India, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and US. Management of Executive level reporting inputs: - Created a streamlined process for providing data of key Barclaycard projects to all top Change Governance Forums of Barclays Bank (meetings chaired by the COO of the Barclays Group, standard attendees being the Control Officer, CFO and alike), to ensure timely communication of requirements and guarantee that reporting met the highest quality standards. As a result, the number of urgent reporting requests reduced by 90%. - Acted as a central point of coordination and quality review for all Barclaycard reporting to the Change Governance Forums. I worked with portfolio managers, project teams and sponsors to explain the requirements of governance reviews. Thanks to this process Barclaycard programmes were recognised in the Forums on multiple occasions as the most comprehensive and prepared. Ownership of weekly reporting process and data QA process: - Optimised and standardised weekly reporting processes, improved reporting data quality of 7 change portfolios different processes, converging them to consistent reporting timelines and requirements. This provided consistent reporting data to the senior management for better data-driven management decisions. - Developed standardised, automated reports to focus management attention on projects that need help most. This shortened the weekly reporting cycle, involving data submission and review, report production and publishing. - Acted as a subject matter expert in Bank-wide working groups (comprised of ~20 PMO experts of Barclays Group globally) to develop smarter, automated reporting tools. The reduction of manual report production time and improved ease and speed of reading the reports created substantial time savings in both delivering and overseeing change across the Bank. Show less
