• Processes and maintain leave records according to established guidelines. • Calculates all leave taken and accrued in accordance with labor law, initiates action for employees on leave without pay. • Answers employee’s queries and advise them appropriately plan their leaves, resolves leave related issues. • Capture leave related data into computer within established time frames. • Review requests for completeness, accuracy and conformity with appropriate regulations. Make appropriate corrections following consultation / notification to concerned individuals. • Codes personnel action and other transactions. Enter data in accordance to prescribed format and procedures. • Prepare separation Notices on assigned employees and submits to supervisor for review, signature and processing. • Document personnel action in appropriate records system closes employee files and enters resignation / termination data into computer. • Communicate with Head Office staff about various personnel transactions, inform supervisor for difficult issues. • Perform additional task as assigned by the supervisor. • Coordinate with the Insurance Department for deletion / addition / Amendment of employees records. • Coordinate with Payroll and Finance Department for visa processing. • Collect and prepare relevant document for visa processing. • Responsible to attend all the incoming and outgoing e-mails thru outlook. • Creating and updating the employee’s details with their dependents in ERP System (Enterprise Resource Planning). • Coordinating with internal departments for various issues. • Coordinating with Ticketing Department staff to prepare the necessary ticket to be issued. • Coordinating with Payroll and Finance Departments to give them employee details. • Handle administrative of disbursement of allowances & dues to the employee as per their eligibility and keep records of the same. • Maintain employee personal data and records.
