The primary purpose of the Operations Support Team Leader position is to support the Operations in the day to day management of the Operations Support Team, with a view to improving the efficiency of service provided to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Operations Management System (OMS) - To all data provided by and collected from logistics, human resources, operations is entered into the Operations Management System within 24hour of receipt thereof. Uniguard System - Effectively manage the UNIGUARD system, maintain integrity of the system and the data, ensuring site information is accurate - Monitor data to ensure downloads are being conducted at the cessation of each operational shift - Produce and send reports to clients on time and as required, reviewing data for concerns and / or improvements to be made. - Liaise with the Operations to ensure Uniguard tags and associated equipment correctly labelled and are functional for deployment. - Assist as delegated with the management of in its entirety the operational fleet of vehicles including:  Ensure Fuel Register is correctly recorded.  Prepare up to date fuel record daily. Objectives (assessed weekly) . • UNIGUARD Performance – Effective management of Uniguard System Data – Measured through weekly audits of Uniguard system data. • Operations Managements System - effective management of system ensuring all databases are synchronised with Payroll, Rostering and Uniguard databases - Measured through weekly audits and comparison checks.
