  Team lead: Post Event Coverage Survey (PECS) in Lamurde LGA of Adamawa State. To validate Vitamin A Supplementation (VAS) and Deworming coverage during the July 2022 Maternal, Newborn and Child health Week (MNCHW) in Adamawa State. Job Roles: Participate in conducting random visits to 6 clusters within Adamawa State.Delineation of the cluster using paper map, ODK, and Maps Me.Participate in conducting census of all households (eligible and non-eligible households) in 6 Enumeration Areas, in collaboration with two other team members, interview 14 caregivers in 6 clusters (84 household), 6 Health worker, 6 community health worker volunteer and 6 community leader. Provide treatment education, adherence counselling and support to persons newly initiated on treatment on the HIV surge project. Elicits and documents contacts of all positive clients in other to act as treatment support reminders and attain active retention of clients on treatment.
