  Coordinating the production of 10 academic journals (equivalent to approx. 200+ scientific papers per year) Main tasks : Editorial management (setting deadlines for library release, collaborating with authors and editorial committees), formatting (Word/ODT/XML-TEI), online publishing (OpenEdition Journals/Cairn), layout (Indesign), translation (scientific abstracts, metadata), coordination with printers (asking for estimates, validating proofs). Other projects : - Part of the OPTIMICE development research group developing an automatic metadata translation tool. Conducted tests and experiments to determine when best to use OPTIMICE tool in the editorial process. Presented the research results during a virtual and physical conference ("Integration of machine translation in the editorial process") at the University of Rennes - Part of the REGOSO group to improve academic journals. Participated in the QA test of an online course on the editorial process; drafted and translated ethics charters for scientific journals; worked on increasing academic papers' SEO. - Part of the SOPUR team (https://www.univ-rennes2.fr/article/ so-pur-project-experimental-for-open-access-scientific-publishing) aiming to improve Open Access scientific publishing. Currently experimenting with new ways to format scientific books; currently testing alternative management tools for journal committees. - Analysis of the Rennes university press' presence on social networks in collaboration with Franck Belloir and Mélanie Gauthier.
