I assist solicitors and trainees in the team by taking instructions from clients and providing advice in relation to a broad range of immigration cases. I assist vulnerable clients seeking international protection with their asylum applications and appeals, and those held in immigration detention who are seeking bail. I also handle cases involving human rights matters, particularly those involving breaches of Article 3 and 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and challenges to unlawful policies and practices by way of judicial review. Most of the cases that I undertake are publicly funded (legal aid) I have a passion to help people and have always been part of different volunteering projects within my local community and also abroad.I successfully passed the Level 1 and 2 Immigration and asylum accreditations.
