  My main duties were connected with organizing the introductory and subject-specific workshops, preparing the documents for the candidates, undertaking the certification process, organizing Health and Safety risk assessment for every venue, preparing the materials for the tutors, inviting the candidates to the workshops, inputting data onto the spreadsheets. I was also responsible for ordering the workshop materials and documentation and stationery, registering the NVQ Candidates with the awarding body, recording and dealing with enquiries, booking the conference rooms, liaising with the candidates’ managers, the assessors and the tutors. I was also tracking and chasing the outstanding documentation for the particular projects and contracts. I have very good computer skills. I feel very confident in using MS Word and Excel and I was using these programmes for everyday office duties. Show less
