  During my internship at MakeMyTrip on the Data Platforms Team from May to July 2023, I played a pivotal role in the development and rigorous testing of Myra, an advanced voice bot aimed at elevating the flight travel booking experience. My contributions included refining prompts for training the large language model, ensuring robust handling of complex edge cases, and enhancing the overall user experience. I optimized Myra's backend using Python frameworks like Langchain, Aerospike, and FastAPI for accurate responses, efficient data management, and robust communication between components. I had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse team and gaining valuable insights into critical web services such as JIRA, AWS Prod, and Azure OpenAI Service, which ultimately led to the successful execution of the project.
