I have been working with Ana-Marija as a colleague within the IOC and under her command during the YOG in Lausanne. I always enjoyed the true and honest collaboration with Ana-Marija. She always demonstrated a full, professional and passionate commitment for the organization as well as for her duties. She is someone who values real relationships, takes the best out of the people she's dealing with and genually look at the bright side of challenges she's facing. Never see Ana-Marija not smiling ! Under her command during the YOG in Lausanne, I discovered a committed, skilled and composed leader. Challenges were dealt with smartness, creativity and freshness.
