Aga is a professional to the core, I came across him last month (Jan'2016)while I was out for dinner with my family at Charcoals restaurant at Hotel Regaalis, Mysore.My family & I had just landed from USA a day before and we were in jet lag mode, at the outset he made us very comfortable with his friendly gesture and even before we could think of the menu to place an order, he said, "Sir, A quick fresh lime soda will lighten you up and you will then enjoy the delicacies of my kitchen this evening", that drink indeed lifted our moods and set us up for an evening dinner to cherish for some time, the skill full nature in which he guided his sous chefs in taking care of us was exemplary, the sequence in which the appetizers and the main course was served left me thinking that this can only come from his years of experience keeping customers happy. For me what really stood out that evening was his customer orientation, his excellent communication and his exceptional leadership skills in planning & executing the end to engagement with his customers. Way to go Aga !!!
