Manage PCB assembly projects from NPI to production based on internal and external demand. Manage System assembly projects from NPI to production based on prototype and customer demand. Conducts NPI meetings, direct activities from PCB fabrication to assembly, rework and coordinating with logistics to ship the product. Interface with marketing, sales, design engineering, software engineering, test engineering, and outside suppliers or vendors. Manage inventory, including cost analysis for vendor-supplied items. Using all possible tools to access available suppliers, qualifying, and adding them to AVL to support different projects. Working with Discrete Manufacturing for low and high volume orders in different organizations, manage the SK BOM, Routings and Engineering changes which are reflected to SK assembly and cost of finished product. Shop order for boards, components and starter kits through Oracle. Managing backlog and back order using ERP and fulfilling orders. Backlog management: review and communicate with CS for order changes (pull in and push outs) and Provide weekly status update on all orders in backlog and, order fulfillments. Using Advance supply chain planning (ASCP) workbench Horizontal plan for managing WIP, planned orders and, beginning on hand for each product. Review the product’s trend and bill of materials to reduce the risk of excess and obsolete inventory. Using Oracle Discoverer for retrieving variety of reports and, maintaining data accuracy for purchasing, bill of material, and inventory management. Controlling Multi-Org inventory level and products from NPI to EOL cycle for starter kits and different systems. Providing excellent customer support for internal customers and vendors. Working closely with vendors and suppliers to reduce material and labor cost. Manage material availability for CM’s to meet forecast. Show less
