   Lead a team of supervisors and technicians for several specific projects  Develop schedule, task breakdown, and resource allocation for the engineering part of the project.  Support MEP manager/Sr. Electrical Engineer in all technical concerns.  Progress review and conduct technical and Coordination meetings with Subcontractor and consultant.  Ensure engineering is compliant with contract specification.  Provide technical support during the proposal stage of projects (i.e. layout concepts, equipment sizing, etc.)  Includes plan, review material requirements and team activities, sub-contractors, specialist suppliers’ activities to meet project milestones. Managing a team of supervisors and large size work force. Day to day coordination with Sub contractor and client representatives.  Installation of earthling mats and connection from earth terminals to the earth bus bar and lightning protection pits  Move on to the site as Request for Inspection before installation of electrical equipment’s.  Supervise and analyze daily MEP work done by the subcontractors..  Attend meetings with Project Managers of sub-contractors to discuss the status of installations and material on site.  Supervise installation of transformers, panel boards, lighting system, CCTV Access control, fire detection/alarm system, Public address systems etc.  Overall monitoring and management of project including works scheduling, monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun.  Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress  Monitoring the requirements of the project site & keeping coordination with site management team for information exchange & required action.  Review of drawings and preparing material specifications and bill of quantity, getting approvals from the end customer for all types of drawings & datasheets of equipment’s.
