While we had many good engineers in our company, Afrina stood out for her many gifted softskills that took her from a fresh engineer to a project manager in roughly 3 years time. Among her many traits that are worthy of praise and commendation, I guess, the one that stands out in my mind was her ability to deliver projects on time, every time, with total reliability and consistency. If she were to ever decide to come back to Bangladesh, the doors of Engineering Resources International will be always be open for her.
