  I am working as HR Generalist at Recro since February 2021. My full time MBA course is online due to pandemic and I wanted to cover the knowledge I could gain on-campus interacting with peers, case studies and teamwork etc which was missing online. So, I choose to learn things practically and took up this internship opportunity that came my way. I’m involved in all the activities that HR does, from onboarding, maintaining data, to speaking to the employees on regular basis and making sure they are happy and their queries are cleared. I’m also involved in employee relations wherein I have come up with new initiatives at the firm for increasing employee engagement and satisfaction. I receive a lot of positive response and appreciation here for my work and attitude. I’m working on keeping the expectations and engagement going on regularly. Also I’m handling many more relative works like co-ordinating with the marketing and the content writing team for social media management and content creation.I have also researched and collaborated with other firms that are helping us in keeping continuous employee engagement during remote work. I get to co-ordinate and work with finance team, sales team, talent acquisition team, Client relationship team, graphic designer team, data analysts, community management etc at Recro. I’m extremely glad to have taken this opportunity of internship that enabled a great learning and skills that HR should have in me. I am thankful to recro for all the encouragement, support and recognition it gives me. Recro continues to grow because of its super cool culture. I continue to learn, initiate and do challenging work here daily.

My role was to Help and guide students to gain mastery in basic logic reasoning topics in English, Hindi and Telugu through recorded video sessions and doubt clarification sessions.
