  As a Talent Acquisition my main responsibility are to fill the vacant positions in the Head Office and manage the entire recruitment process.Responsibilities:- Source candidates from connections made in the field, working with specialized headhunters, and working with current employees to obtain referrals.- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions- Arrange schedule interview with the hiring manager (or superior)- Counsel candidates regarding salary, company benefits, and work environment- Makes the formal job offer, ensures the contract written correctly, with the correct salary and benefits information- Handles onboarding, from administrate all paperwork regarding the hiring of a new employee to helping the new employee to meet their buddy- Work closely with the HR department to stay updated and meet the company's hiring needs- Maintain good relations with past and potential candidates
