The Provincial Technical Manager is the Project's focal point at the provincial level, providing the local team with the strategy and global vision of the Project's provincial activities and goals. In general terms, he develop the following main responsibilities: • Provide technical support in training provincial and district trainers, supervisors and APEs; • Ensure quality in the preparation of provincial plans, achievement of targets and expected results, preparation of periodic reports, and presentation of the results of the intervention to N'weti and the Provincial Health Directorate (DPS), and other stakeholders; • Monitoring and supervising the implementation of work plans, budgets and recommendations, ensuring the quality of intervention at provincial level; • Ensure coordination and collaboration with the DPS, Provincial Health Services and cooperation partners, participating in joint coordination, planning and supervision meetings, and sharing relevant information on the Project implementation; • Ensure coordination and collaboration between the Project and other N'weti health projects being implemented in the province; • Provide ongoing strategic and technical guidance, supervision, mentoring and capacity building to Project staff, including ensuring that the intervention is implemented rigorously, based on the Project Implementation Guide; • Ensuring that the data captured resulting from the intervention are of good quality, channeled and recorded; • Plan with the provincial health authorities, monthly, quarterly and annual needs for equipment and nutritional supplies; • Travel to the intervention target districts and provide support in monitoring and technical supervision of Project implementation.

The same Operationalize a functional health surveillance system malaria that responds to all strata of transmission in Mozambique, focusing on improving QD, as well as as in establishing and institutionalizing a UD culture and data for action (D2A) at all levels of service deliveryservices. UD and D2A through: development of iMISS and associated tools; component establishmentautomated data visualization and analysis capable to generate stratified annual results; fortificationof outbreak detection and early warning systems; improvement of the operational plan; operationalization of cases and processes focused on very transmission areas low and integration of minute programmatic data in the iMISS carrying out comprehensive training of employeesinvolved in data management at all levels implementing support supervision and monitoring of procedures focused on improving QD, UD and D2A implement a set of monitoring componentsand evaluation to generate evidence to guide plans of operational costs optimized for implementationadditional minimum QD, UD and D2A packages in all the levels.

COVida, is a project funded by USAID/PEPFAR, implemented by a consortium led by FHI360 and more composed by N’weti, Care, WVI, PATH and Palladium. The project aims was to improve the health, nutritional status and well-being of orphaned and vulnerable children. The general objective of the project was to increase the resilience of communities by strengthening capacities of families and communities to protect and care for their children; and so reduce the risk of HIV infections; and create an environment that favors the development of physical, social and emotional health of the child. As a consultant, I had the following responsibilities: • Be a provincial focal point for implementing the SBCC strategy • Coordinate teams in Community Based Organizations (OCB) / CBO in Zambéxia; • Lead and provide technical assistance to OCBs in the province in SBCC and project activities. • Training and provision of technical assistance to staff and field staff (supervisors and activists), in awareness programs, production of data collection matrices and sub-agreements. • Mapping spaces of influence to identify actors to support VOCs; • Engagement, facilitation and mobilization of community leaders and other focus groups (FG); • Coordination and implementation of Qualitative, Quantitative and Formative research within the scope of the project.
