 Perform operation of Wärtsilä 20V32 engine coupled with AVK 8.924 MWAlternator based power plant and associated auxiliaries which includes GEAWestfalia Separators, Air Compressors, JOWA Sludge treatment unit,Auxiliary and Exhaust Gas Boilers and various other equipment. Keep liaison with National Load Despatch Centre (NLDC), Bangladesh andrun the plant to despatch electricity according to their demand instructions. Perform troubleshooting of engines, auxiliaries and control systems as andwhen required & design and carry out modifications of systems for smoothoperations of the machines. Implementation of 5S and ISO at plant as 5S cordinator and ISO member. Keep liaison with maintenance team and forecast plant operation on dailybasis and also co-ordinate with them for any unscheduled breakdown &manages all samples (Water, HFO, Lube oil) and make report aboutabnormalities. Ensure the best possible solution for a cost effective and environment friendlyoperation of the plant to the optimum. Prepare different reports such as: daily generation summary, plant generationprojection for next day, fuel stock calculation, daily fuel consumptioncalculation, plant electrical consumption and losses and daily plant report toinform management about different figures on daily basis. Prepare Monthly report for total generation, total fuel consumption, total fueldelivery, monthly heat rate, monthly specific fuel consumption calculation,and plant availability factor and generation outages for any fault.  Operation of Rolls Royce B32:40V16A engine, LT, HT, air and steam system at Baraka Patenga Power Limited.  Time to time checking of fuel systems, lubrication systems, cooling systems, control air systems, auxiliaries steam.  Operation of lube oil and HFO separators manufactured by Alfa-Laval and GEA westfalia and oily water separator manufactured by Alfa-Laval.  Find out of any trouble occurred and informing responsible maintenance team. Attended time to time checking of Tappet clearance, Crankshaft Inspection (After 500 hrs engine running).  Attended major works like Piston, Fuel pump, Fuel Injection Valve, Turbo Charger, Engine Head, Cylinder Liner, Supporting Ring, Manifold and Inlet & Exhaust Valve removing and assembling.  Charge air Cooler, HT & LT Cooler, Fuel Injector & Fuel Pump checking. Time to time checking of Cooling water and controlling the required quality of water.  Developed excellent communication skills.
