  We represent over 100 providers of consumer, commercial or wholesale finance that operate across Australia, including banks (major, regional and mutual/community-owned) and non-banks. Through leadership and engagement, we drive a culture of fairness, integrity and transparency across our membership. We influence change that has a positive impact on our industry. An industry that turns challenges into opportunities, one that enables your customers to access the finance they need.We are driven by creating conversations, content and connections that deliver results for our members and their customers. We achieve this through our three strategic outcomes:Representation - we give members a strong collaborative voice to inform political influencers, government departments, policy officials, regulators and other key industry stakeholders on how best to create a fair, equitable and competitive marketplace for customers.Insights - we help our members to operate more successfully by informing them about real-world insights, industry standards, market trends, bench-marking information and best practice financial services management.Connectivity - we give members, who traditionally compete in the market, the opportunity to connect with each other and the wider sector across a range of forums, allowing them to set aside competitive differences and work together to champion a view made stronger through a unified position. These opportunities give members access to a range of key stakeholders including policymakers, regulators and government officials across the Australian finance sector.
