Assist and support the Site Sanitation Manager. Quality Pest management Policy Facilitator & Quality Pest Control Compliance Specialist. Management & Coordination of site Pest Controls/Integrated Pest Management system. Management and support-driving of Quality Sanitation policies and preventive management of quality incidences due to pest. Contribute to guaranteed Food Safety of the product through ensuring the proper prevention and exclusion of pest. Support-reviewing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Checklists of pest management to drive compliance and suit Operational activities. Coordination of 5s principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) compliance for pest management devices and equipment. Implement and document the processes needed to validate pest control measures and/or control measure combinations to verify and improve the pest management system. Identify nonconformities in Sanitation, Good Manufacturing Practice, Employee Practices, Good Warehousing Practice, Hygienic equipment/building design attracting pests and aiding pest activities. Identify the defect root cause and addressing with proper corrective actions. Developing and improving Pest Control tools and programs to entrench Quality Culture. Driving culture of zero tolerance for integrated pest management embedded into operation with exclusion principles Implementing and driving Food Defense controls through IPM for success in Quality ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 food safety, NAFDAC audit, and Global Mondelez audit.
