I have known Aesha since she first enrolled in the MS Degree Program in our Department at USC. She was a student in a course that I direct in the first semester that required working in groups to solve problems related to the lectures on methods used for research in our discipline. Aesha was a conscientious student who was immersed in the assignments, got along with any students that she was placed in a group with and sought and responded well to any feedback she was given about her performance. I have met her several times during her tenure at USC and sought her feedback on courses that followed mine. Her insights and critique have helped to improve our curriculum. Her excellent work ethic, communication skills, ease with working groups and networking abilities will be a great asset to any employer.

◾ The company specializes in manufacturing biological products like vaccines using genetic and cell-based technologies. ◾ Quality Control and Production Department - involved purity and stability testing of company products and large scale manufacturing. - Gained knowledge of various recombinant and quality control techniques involved. I also got a chance to monitor the process of Erythropoietin production and to understand the production process of vaccines at an industrial level. ◾ The company specializes in manufacturing biological products like vaccines using genetic and cell-based technologies. ◾ Quality Control and Production Department - involved purity and stability testing of company products and large scale manufacturing. - Gained knowledge of various recombinant and quality control techniques involved.
