  Summer 2019 : Due to circumstances, I was asked to take over administration of a military contract. Goals are to have a 95% OTD staying within budget for the final year. ------- Since January 2013 I moved to a new position : I joined the cost engineering department. My knowledge of the supplier part is now joined with cost analyzing of existing and future business. Next to this I also have in charge incoming inspection of units (contract-RO correlation). ------- Assistant Purchase Manager : First assignment was to calculate stock levels for a military program, then find sourcing for it and pass orders. Was involved in setting up and configuring the ERP (Movex) for our department. After several re organisations within the department (Supply Chain etc) I mainly did purchasing and find new suppliers.
