Elizabeth is an incredible woman who is poised, professional and kind. Her kindness and willingness to get to know everyone whom she worked with, on all levels, is something that has inspired me to be a better team leader to this day. Her commitment to an inclusive decision making process always brought the team together and often resulted in the best decision being made to better the organization. Elizabeth taught me how a strong, female leader acts in the role she earns, and for that I cannot speak highly enough of her. It was a true pleasure to work with her.

I have seen Ms. Lyons speak on several occassions as well as co-faciltate a seminar for couples. At all times her presence is professional and engaging whether she is speaking for 10 minutes or an entire weekend.
