Between 2012 and 2018, Andrew developed and delivered a programme of interactive workshops for WHO staff in Geneva. These courses focused on stress management, wellbeing, building resilience, and communicating effectively. The workshops were extremely well attended - several of them were ‘standing room only’! - and we’ve received tremendous feedback on them all. One reason was the topic itself, but an equally important one was Andrew's charismatic personality. Staff reported positive feelings, higher levels of energy, and increased engagement after each workshop, which included the creation of a personal action plan. In addition, it also provided new ideas and tips for creating a generally healthier lifestyle. Participants loved the practical tools and examples that Andrew provided. I can recommend Andrew to anyone who would like to treat a serious topic in a well-researched manner while keeping up the fun. A welcome break for many.

The Earth Focus Foundation was founded in 2005, continuing the work started by Bellerive Foundation. The Bellerive Foundation was founded by the late Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan in Switzerland in 1977. The aim of the Earth Focus Foundation is to empower youth to take on roles in which they actively create a more sustainable world.
