We are litigators assisting business owners, property owners and families when dealing with legal challenges. We represent business and property owners facing contractor disputes, insurance coverage issues, vendor contract disputes as well as construction related challenges. Our education law section represents students, from pre-school to surgical residents, facing disciplinary actions including suspension, expulsion, dismissal, withholding of diplomas, residency challenges and other alleged misconduct. Our litigators assist students and their families from the first notice of a disciplinary action being taken, to teh appellate process and ultimately to court to secure the student's rights.
