Various industries (real estate, manufacturing, governmental agencies, shipping & receiving, technology, corporations) had wildly different demands for the software. To know the database so well that I could map any of those expectations to what information needed to be stored… Show more Training Wizard (Learning Management System) and Crystal Report Writing - I contracted with Gyrus Systems to teach their classes on both products and consulted when clients purchased to map their needs to the database. Various industries (real estate, manufacturing, governmental agencies, shipping & receiving, technology, corporations) had wildly different demands for the software. To know the database so well that I could map any of those expectations to what information needed to be stored where and then pull that information out into clear, useful reports was a heady game. It started when I was working at the corporate headquarters for SunTrust Bank where I was part of selecting and rolling it out for one department. I became a power user. Then as a consultant I worked with 6 departments within the bank to merge various needs into one shared database. In January 1997 I started on contract with Gyrus Systems teaching their 2 day introduction class and later added the 3 day Crystal Reports class. For many years I flew around the country and sometimes internationally to train and consult with training departments, and later to write reports for clients using Training Wizard. Show less
