I had the honor and the privilege of working with Adrienne at swift. Adrienne is someone that has always brought out the best in her teammates, her director reports, her colleagues, and her leadership team. She is a very responsive team mate that is motivated by both people and the work. She works with poise, patience, and professionalism but is never shy to remind us that work should be fun and not to take ourselves too seriously. Adrienne consistently had nothing but glowing reviews from everyone she worked with. She led one of our biggest and most notorious clients at swift which was complex in nature but drove the best work to put the agency on the map. I personally attribute my success and learnings because of Adrienne - she made me a better manager, mentor, and leader of our Project Management team she cares deeply about the people she works with and challenges them to be the best version of themselves.
