I am a partner at mpm legal which is a niche employment law practice in the Thames Valley. I advise on anything employment-related, from day to day issues, such as managing sickness to more complex matters such as outsourcing and strategic matters involving changing the workforce.In addition, I advise employers on how to satisfy the ever changing UK immigration laws when it comes to employing migrant workers. This includes sponsorship applications and renewals, advice on which is the appropriate permission to apply for and guidance on a sponsor's duties once migrant workers are employed.
