      Upon returning to Atlanta in 2017, I lead the Gwinnett team, which was comprised of nine restaurants.I currently supervise the Atlanta 9, which are the test restaurants for Arby's. Under my leadership, I have hired and developed four of the General Managers in the Atlanta 9, with two of the current General Managers being internal promotes.

      I took over an area in Memphis that had 6 restaurants that were down 4 GMs and 12 Shift Managers. The area was one of the worst in the District. In one year, I turned it around; when I left, the area was up 1 GM, 2 Assistants and 3 Shift Managers. My Boss received a opportunity to take over North Carolina and he brought me with him. I ran the Raleigh market for 2 months and then the opportunity came to take over a test market in Greensboro, in which 10 restaurants were being remodeled. We were number one in sales, up 13% for 2013. In February 2014, I committed to my boss and my Region leader we will sweep the of the year awards. My Training Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Manager all won of the year awards. I also won Supervisor of the year. I had the lowest management turnover and #1 in sales for the year. Then, I had 12 restaurants ranging from Winston Salem and Statesville, North Carolina to West Virginia. I also helped train Supervisors and Managers for a Franchisee and helped open an Arby's on an Army base in Virginia. I have taken over 4 acquisition restaurants. Show less

      I was an Operating Partner and Certified Training Manager. I opened up the 1st Kitchen of the Future for RTM. I was the 1st restaurant to test the Radiant register system and my restaurant was the 1st to test multiple things: Market Fresh, subs, cookies, etc. Because my restaurant was the obvious choice for training, I was responsible for training hundreds of people in the Corporate Office, as well as the CEO, CFO and Franchisees. I also help train Managers for the District. In addition, I assisted a Training Consultant with the training and development of team members in Alabama and Memphis.
