National Offshore Wind Research and Development Consortium Innovation in Offshore Wind:The Scope of work is related to the development of the Windfarms offshore Gulf of Mexico. Working on the proposal with International Maritime Development, LLC, in consortium with several other companies specialized in fabrication, assembly, transport and installations, in response to National Offshore Wind R&D Consortium. The proposal title is: Enabling clean fabrication and installation of future foundations with extra-large offshore wind turbines via an innovative floater technology in the GoM region. NOWRDC seeks to fulfill, in part, a long-term vision for offshore wind energy in the United States that is supported by current policy for an all-inclusive energy strategy. To achieve this vision, NOWRDCsupports identification of the technology innovations needed to address challenges and lower costs in each of the five U.S. offshore regions, allowing offshore wind to compete in all regional electricity markets without subsidies. The necessary cost reductions can be realized in part through targeted research and development (R&D) that removes or reduces technological and supply chain barriers to deployment and lowers development risk to investors.

  Responsible of all Marine installation activities of I1P1 NFPS project which includes Greenfield and Brown field activities for the EPCIC scope. The Scope of work includes the load out, transport, installation and pre-commissioning of two 28” clad pipelines, two subsea cables, six jackets and temporary drill decks, 3 Topsides, Two bridges as well as the pre-engineering Survey and Burial of three National Security cables. Also, the marine support to the brownfield scope which includes the load out, sea-fastening and transport of all Brownfield structures from the fabrication yard to the site and mobilization and set of the jack up barge for the brownfield work.The project management team is based in Doha/Qatar with Engineering support in Doha, Chennai and Jebel-Ali and the fabrications in Batam/Indonesia and Qatar.
