Adrien and I worked together to monitor Colombia's Presidential Election with the Organization of American States in 2022. His enthusiasm, collegiality, and sharp analysis were a real asset as we covered the Barranquilla metropolitan area. Adrien has a real ability to connect with communities in the field, his Spanish (and other) language skills are excellent, and he is a deft researcher.
