      º As a Senior Technical Recruiter & HRBP at Landing AI, I was responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles (such as Machine Learning Engineers, Technical Program Managers, and Software Engineers) and non-IT personnel, using data analysis to inform my approach. º Successfully recruited 77% of employees from different countries and cities for the Latin America region, expanding the company's presence in markets such as Mexico, Brazil, Bolivia, and Argentina, and helping grow the Colombia office. º Applying and achieving key hiring metrics such as Time-to-hire, to provide an improvement in the current process. I managed to achieve this goal, by reducing the average time it took to fill a role from 90 days to 30 days. It was accomplished by streamlining the recruiting process, improving communication with hiring managers and candidates, and proactively sourcing and pre-screening candidates. º I was able to successfully implement a key metric for measuring the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts: the offer acceptance rate. This metric was particularly impressive for our Latin America (LATAM) hub, where we achieved a 90% acceptance rate for job offers, including offers for engineers requiring relocation before the COVID-19 pandemic, and for remote locations post-COVID. This high acceptance rate indicates that our recruiting process was efficient and effective, managed by improving our candidate experience every step of the way. As HRBP º I collaborated with managers to implement competency-based HR profiles to improve company and recruitment profiling, and to implement performance management plans. º Implemented a "buddy program" onboarding process for a more personalized experience, as well as a vacation book and PTO calendar in compliance with local laws in Colombia. º I provided communication training to different engineers and managers and served as a project leader for an engineering mentorship program.
