I had the pleasure of working with Adrian for about two years at Peet’s. Adrian showed herself to be a quick learner, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and maturity in her store and in her district, with her peers, and when dealing with those at all levels in the organization. Adrian was able to effectively improve her store’s results across several metrics while concurrently developing her team and creating an engaged group of employees.
