Lead the development and delivery of content management functionality into the [former] online banking service including the definition of optimal user journeys, user centred design of pages, analytics, tagging, content creation, new template design, testing and the development of online brand guidelines.Designed and lead the development of a new online application for balance transfers to back book credit card customers – originally scoped as a 9 month project, this was delivered in less than a month and the payback period was 5 days.
