It's a rare day when you come across someone as talented and well rounded as Adrian. I had the privilege of supervising and learning from Adrian over the course of four years. Adrian is the type of person that, without fail, ensures his product, training, management and standards are top notch. His knowledge and ability to learn quickly and efficiently are unrivaled. When I would have a task that had to be completed properly, and on time, Adrian is the one that would get it done, each and every time. I hope that in the future I will have the opportunity to work with someone of Adrian's caliber again.

Adrian was an exceptional leader within the maintenance department. Whether acting as a maintainer, Quality Assurance representative, or as a Maintenance Controller, Adrian was able to take part and ensure the right decisions were made to accomplish maintenance and flight hour goals.
