I worked with Adrianne during my four years at Temple University, and to date she is the best boss I have had! Adrianne has a great disposition and was always able to handle the twists and turns of working in a higher ed environment extremely well. During my time with her, she was extremely supportive not just of my growth within her team, but of my academics, professional and personal goals. Despite the fact that there were over 35 Owl Ambassadors on her team, I think each of us felt that Adrianne gave us all that kind personal attention. I think it shows her personal commitment to her team that even now we keep in touch and she checks in on me :-) I strive to emulate the characteristics Adrianne put forward EVERY DAY at her job; excellent multi-tasking and follow-up, a high level of commitment, and creative problem-solving. I never saw her put less than 110% into her work. I know Adrianne will be successful at anything she does, and I'm excited to see her take the next step in her career!

I worked directly for Adrianne for a little over a year and found her to be an effective manager, strong teacher and outstanding communicator. She was able to bring out the best in each of her employees while continuously pushing us to do better and develop new skills.
