  The Congress is the oldest and one of the most prestigious annual student conferences organised by the Polish community abroad.• I am organising its first-ever art exhibition which involves scouting artists, seeking art-handling logistical solutions, communicating with the productions team, building weekly/daily plans, scheduling, budgeting, handling confidential data• Securing venues for the conference, ball and Friday social for 500 attendees• Completing interviews with applicants applying for team officer positions. • On a daily basis I communicate with a large team, delegate tasks for Events Officers and speak to external parties involved in organising the Congress.

  The show explored the way that neoliberal approaches to labour, class, education, borders, and sexuality pressure and restrict bodies.• Collaborated with a team of BA Curating students and Goldsmiths professionals to conceptualise the exhibition• Organised the acquisition of artworks, including planning transportation, negotiation and correspondence with external artists, creating appropriate storage solutions, and installing exhibit materials• Met regularly with the team to discuss budget options, contract conditions and provided progress reports• Digital-editorial abilities in contributing and editing text for the press release and publication – “The Curated Self“• Designed the poster and marketing material• Planned and hosted private view event for over 200 guests, handling all aspects, including art performance, decorations, and refreshments.
