The communications coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the research centres communication activities, as well as contributing to ensuring that FME NTRANS is visible to the Norwegian public. The communications coordinator is a facilitator and promoter of collaboration with other research centres, partners and research institutions, such as e.g. SINTEF in connection with events, reports and other productions. The tasks include, but are not limited to: - Planning, coordinating and carrying out activities and events to promote the centres research. - Assisting researchers in writing and publishing popular science texts. - Coordinating the centres website, as well as contributing to content for the site. - Strategic use of various communication channels to convey and spread the centres research and activities (for example social media, blogs, websites, newspapers, TV/radio). - Responsibility for the production of reports, presentations and other material, with primary responsibility for the centres annual report. During my studies, I started working freelance in the film and photo field. On February 2. 2011, I registered in the Brønnøysund Register (Norways registers for businesses) under the company Minde Film og Foto. Today, I run this as an independent media production company (under the new name Noord), which deals with everything from film, photo, graphic design, web production to teaching and consulting. In recent years, I have worked extensively with a total production of a documentary film, web design and advertising photo. Since the fall of 2012, I have worked as a teacher at the Media and communication faculty at Gol High School. In all these years I have been a contact teacher (homeroom teacher).
