I've worked with Adrian for three years at the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. He arrived at a testing time for the organisation but was enthusiastic and driven, leading to fantastic results in terms of increased visitor numbers. During the extremely challenging Covid times, Adrian was motivating, considerate and flexible in his approach to home working and ensured the morale of the team was kept up. He also came up with innovative ways to support the Cayman Islands tourist industry while the country's borders were closed. Adrian's management style is flexible, transparent and motivating and he is always available to listen. He took the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism in a new direction when he arrived, which has produced fantastic results in very challenging times.

I have had the pleasure of working with Adrian at the Cayman Islands Dept of Tourism. Adrian is an innovative thinker and transformational business leader. He made an immediate impact, increasing European awareness and visitation to Cayman and revitalising his team with great empathy, collaboration and communication. Adrian has the vision to connect the dots between the activity and business outcomes in a credible and clear fashion. He puts data first and excels in making partnerships, digital and emerging technologies work to build brands and deliver results with what always appeared to have a wide and endless network of connections. His sports connections are impressive and his professional relationships have led to extremely effective partnerships. Adrian would be an asset for any company in any industry he wishes to work in.
