I had the pleasure of reporting to Adrian over the course of the 7+ years I enjoyed at ACI. Adrian's technical knowledge is vast for an executive and a testament to his passion for technology. He served as a great resource in pinpointing the various strengths, weaknesses, and flaws of the various solutions and vendors ACI selected in building it's exceptional network. Adrian's leadership also extended towards how approachable he was. A firm believer in sharing knowledge, educating and even mentoring those who poured in the time to ask the right questions. Adrian's attention to detail is phenomenal. His work ethic is outstanding. He was well respected throughout the entire organization and his leadership style was one I definitely learned from in evolving my own style for the next chapter in my career.

No matter what one could write, it would be near impossible to properly sum up Adrian's character in anything less than a full thesis paper. When I joined ACI nearly a decade ago, Adrian was the one who saw potential in me that I myself didn't even realize was there. He taught me invaluable skills, not only on a technical level, but life skills such as ethic, composure, and how to be a true professional. From day one, his door was always open with an encouraging and helpful friend on the other side. ACI grew rapidly as a company, and if it wasn't for Adrian's leadership, ideas and solutions, I fully believe we would have never made the strides we did as a group. Adrian found solutions where people didn't believe a solution was even possible, let alone feasible. His presence in the office was larger than life, as even in the most stressful times, you could count on him to be smiling and saying "we'll get through this!", and we always did. He was the proverbial glue that held the mold together, the go-to trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike, usually the first person in the office, and it wouldn't be unusual for him to be the last to leave. As Adrian progressed through ACI, his clear vision, calm demeanor and always neutral approach truly made him a VP and ultimately CTO that is a prime example of what someone in these roles should be striving to be. He was a mentor to many, but more importantly a trusted resource and friend to so many more. It is a direct results of Adrian's leadership, mentoring and encouragement that I have been able to achieve the things I have in my personal career. He is the type of person you truly wonder how you did without.

      Accelerated Connections Inc., was an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) servicing distributed enterprise customers across Canada with managed connectivity solutions, VoIP and Datacenter Services.
