Ioana Traista
I worked with Adriana in many different contexts. We started together within PRIME Romania, a student NGO for Communication and PR students. Adriana was the President of PRIME when I managed my first projects. As a very young project manager, I found in Adriana a mentor, a person that knew how to encourage me and at the same time help me improve. She is outstandingly empathetic, but at the same time she knows when to push you forward. Adriana became a dear friend, and know she is the person I seek for professional advice whenever I am not sure of a situation. She knows how to listen and she helps me find the best solution for the given context. We continued collaborating at PACT Foundation where Adriana has been a supporter since 2012. We organized a face to face fundraising campaign, and Adriana was in charge to form and manage the street fundraisers' team. She adapted to their needs knowing at the same time how to have their respect. Also, she came up with next ways to motivate them and gave us new ideas on how to meet our targets. What I really respect her for is that she has the patience to learn new things, to understand the ones that she has not experienced before and to help the people around her be their best selves. Anyone that has the chance to work with her will be extremely lucky!
