First and only graphic designer in the company. ✅ Led and managed brand and graphic design initiatives while the company grew from 20 to 60 people. Ensured consistency across all company assets and products during all stages of company and product growth. ✅ Collaborated, managed, and established along with product designers the design system, making improvements with 50+ reusable custom illustrations, components, processes, and features, keeping it scalable, optimized, and updated. ✅ Led the re-branding initiatives for company products (including acquired company Macabacus), ensuring consistency across all products. ✅ Designed over 1000+ custom icons for the creation of 3 different icon libraries in 16, 24, and 64 pixels. One for the CFI UI icon library, another with approximately 600 icons for the Macabacus Microsoft ribbon, and the last library for the BIDA™ program courses. ✅ Worked directly with the Product Team, Marketing Team, CEO, VPs, and other teams to design B2C and B2B brochures, whitepaper, lead magnets, email promos, social ads, pop-ups, and more, in order to improve our branding strategy and get CFI into a competitive state in the marketplace. ✅ Designed over 400+ YouTube thumbnails to revamp CFI and Macabacus´s YouTube channel.
