Adrian Titus's approach to work embodies the meaning of the word "professional." I had the pleasure of working with Adrian developing web applications at Social Growth Technologies, Inc from July 21, 2014 to October 23, 2015. Adrian had previously been working as a remote worker for a startup when he joined us so I knew he had the maturity to manage himself but I was especially impressed with his ability to be a team leader. He quickly moved into a lead role on a project and acted as a role model for less experienced employees. Furthermore, Adrian demonstrated his strong technical background by diving into Django and Python and contributing to our products in the first few days. Adrian was an excellent team member, both technically and culturally, at SGT and I look forward to the chance to work with him again. I would strongly recommend him for consideration as your future teammate.

Adrian and I worked together on a responsive redesign of an incubator product that needed to be taken to a solid MVP state, and he made my job easier by being so good at doing his. Since we were moving quickly, I was designing in the browser as we were going, and even though I kept throwing curve balls at him, Adrian remained flexible and willing to work with me. I was also a total noob at Rails, and Adrian's patience and advice served both of us well as I got up to speed. Adrian's calm demeanor, technical skills, and strategic thinking would be an asset to any organization. I'd welcome the opportunity to work with him again.
