I came to know Adrian as we were organizing a company-wide co-location event in Singapore. Adrian was super responsive and often replied to us at hours we'd never expect a reply. He's also very meticulous and extremely accommodative - even though we had a lot of last minute schedule changes, Adrian was always able to do his best to help us. Our entire organization all had very high regard for him and this directly leads to us booking close to 700 nights with Heritage Collection over 2022-2024.
