It has been developed by three ex colleagues from the Hospitality Industry who believe that work space should be about life style and collaboration. In 2008 I joined the Hotel La Tour project in its infancy, working with a core group of specialists to create a new brand of hotel. I was integral to all areas of this 24 million pound project and implemented the brand brief whilst embarking on the initial design. I oversaw the projects development at every stage leading to the grand opening and held the exclusive role of interior designer, making the final decisions on specification in all spaces throughout.Once Hotel La Tour was functioning I took the lead as Operations Director.

In 2002 I joined the management team at Hayley Conference Centres which consisted of eight UK hotels. By 2007 Principle Hayley Hotels (PHH) brought out the company amassing a total of twenty two hotels in the UK and Europe. During my transition over a six years period of employment I held three key roles commencing with Design and Project Manager, progressing to the role of Group Operations Director, and finally leading the Design and Brand Development. It was here that I was provided with the opportunity to engage in design projects throughout the UK and USA. Following my graduation I channelled my experience of hospitality and design skills by incorporating them into the hospitality industry and worked on self-employed freelance basis.
