I have more than three decades of tax experience and am a Fellow of the Association of Taxation Technicians, a Fellow Tax Adviser and a STEP (Society of Trust Estate Practitioners) Affiliate.I provide client advisory and compliance services and specialise in partnerships, capital gains tax (including entrepreneurs relief), property and inheritance tax planning. I also have a background in international tax and have significant experience of the Portuguese Habitual Non-Residence legislation, double tax treaties and the statutory residence test.I started my career with HM Inspector of Taxes in 1987 and have worked for several well known organisations including Grant Thornton, Wilkins Kennedy and Hanies Watts.
