I was very lucky to work in the kitchen with Adrian on a number of occasions. His wealth of knowledge & passion for vegan food is incredible which makes you want to learn more. The knowledge he passed on to me has helped me learn more about vegan cuisine & the wonderful flavours it can bring to your tastebuds & I’m not a vegetarian or a vegan.
