I worked for Adrian for a number of years at MTN, I was young and inexperienced but Adrian gave me guided freedom and the opportunity to fulfil my true potential. He helped me build my carreer and for this I will be forever grateful. Although he was sometimes tough, Adrian was always my supporter in the background helping me build my confidence to become the leader I am today. Adrian is very knowledgable in the ICT space and a supporter/ driver of innovation and new technologies. At MTN Adrian build a very successful, goal orientated, high-performing team which I am proud to say I was a part of till this day. Thank you for everything Adrian, you are an amazing mentor and leader.

Perhaps one of the smartest colleagues I have ever worked with. His work ethic is impeccable. He's a visionary and very knowledgeable. Adrian was my manager when I started at MTN as Junior Architect after varsity. It’s such an honour to have worked with someone of such great calibre. .

Philip Knagg

I always appreciated Adrian's straightforward attitude. Not always easy to be on the receiving end of at times but always clear and concise.
